A distinguished violist and versatile musician, Joe completed a Master’s degree at the Royal Academy of Music, following his graduation from the Royal College of Music.

Performance & Professional ExperienceJoe is a co-founder of the award-winning Seion Quartet, which won the RCM String Quartet Competition and had the prestigious honour of performing at a State Banquet at Buckingham Palace for HM King Charles III and the Emperor of Japan in 2024. His orchestral career includes serving as Principal Viola for the RCM Symphony Orchestra and performing professionally with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. He has also appeared as a soloist at Wigmore Hall.

Teaching & MentorshipAs a Rythmico tutor, Joe provides expert tuition in viola, violin, and piano. Drawing on his experience as a mentor for various youth academies, his teaching focuses on technical precision and musical expression. He is dedicated to making high-level music education accessible and enjoyable, helping students of all ages build confidence and achieve their personal goals.
