Bio

Half-British, half-Russian violinist with worldwide playing experience

Marsha is an accomplished musician and a triple graduate of the Royal College of Music. A founding member of the Tharros Quartet, she has performed extensively across Europe and led masterclasses for world-renowned musicians. Marsha is a highly experienced educator, teaching violin, piano, and music theory to a very high standard at St Paul’s Junior School and for Rythmico.

As well as her significant performance experience, Marsha also has an interest in teaching and spent her gap year shadowing her former teacher Natasha Boyarsky at the Yehudi Menuhin School, Cobham. Along with her violin successes, Marsha also studied piano and has had several pupils go on to receive music scholarships at their new senior schools.
